Not much people know that Sicily is the most broad region and also an of the most populated of Italy, with a lot of cities and villages and historical sites to visit. Well now i have said too that the turism in Sicily is not very easy to do because the island is very extended with a lot of kilometres of coast, and not all the municipalities invest to preserve the coast and encourage the foragain turism. But sure too in Sicily there are some esclusive places too, like Taormina, Pantelleria island, Eolian Islands, San Vito Lo Capo, Zingaro park, Etna Vulcan, Tindays beach, Cala dei Turkish close to Agrigento, ecc.., and a lot of natural parks and of course a lot of historical sites like Temples Valley, Plaza Armerina, Erice ecc.... Being so broad and varius land, it could be interesting and pleasant spent a month or more in Sicily to have time to visit a lot of places and makeing too, in the some time, good relax with a nice sea. Oliveri is a small country in the nord coast of Sicily, 55 km. from Messina. The zone is very suitable for swims with hot water that let very long swims, the natural beach of Oliveri is the sea sand strip of Tyndaris (marinello), so if you want spent some day of relax after your trips around the Sicily you have in Oliveri a very nice beach for your time, and close a lot of other nice sea in Milazzo, Capo d'Orlando or Capo Calavà.
The flat that i present here is suitable for 2 couples wishing visit Sicily and use the appartament like a base. It is in a condominium at the firts floor close to the centre of the village. the months of april, may, june, july, september, october, are the right periods wheter for turism or swims. In the zone there are a lot of nice beachs and also good connection ( Patti, Marinello, Milazzo, Capo d'Orlando) with Eolian Islands.

- kitchen corner: 2 refrigeratory, 4 fire with cylinder gas, fan with manual speedy regulation , kitchen unit for dishes

uses: the cost of gas and water consume, energy elettric, and currency house cost are incluse in the rent price.

rent price: 1000 euro for month (we rent the months of april, may, june, july, august, september, october).
